How many speed levels does it have?

The VANTA Recovery Gun has 30–99 adjustable speed levels, ranging from a gentle warm-up setting all the way to deep tissue release. You're in full control.

How loud is it?

Very quiet. The motor operates between 30–50dB — roughly the level of a quiet library. You can use it while watching TV or in the office without disturbing anyone.

What attachments are included?

Your VANTA Recovery Gun comes with 6 interchangeable attachment heads designed for different muscle groups and recovery needs — from broad muscle groups to targeted pressure points.

How do I charge it?

Via USB-C. The same cable you use for most modern phones and devices. Fast and convenient.

What's the difference between the Carbon Fibre and Black variants?

Both variants have identical performance and specifications. The difference is purely aesthetic — the Carbon Fibre finish has a textured carbon-look grip, while the Black variant has a clean matte finish.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders within New Zealand. Fast tracked delivery is available to Australia and worldwide.

How long does delivery take?

New Zealand orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Australian orders are estimated at 5–10 business days from dispatch. Delivery estimates for other countries are shown at checkout.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
